Dallas Area Recruitment Information
National guidelines recommend that each potential new member
(PNM) acquire an online RIF (Recruitment Introduction Form) at ChiOmega.com. The
RIF is an online form that introduces women to Chi Omega.
Otherwise, the process remains the same: alumna writes the recommendation,
and an ARIC will review and process the RIF.
In Dallas, we ask that each PNM have an alumna complete the
online RIF and have 2 letters of support sent to the high school
chair. We also ask that the PNM please send to the high school
chair their pictures, resume, transcript and test scores digitally.
